As a Trade Tested Bindery Operator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the flawless operation of our state-of-the-art Perfect Binder (Acoro A7), Stitcher (Bravo), Guillotine, and Folding Machine at Ndabase Printing Solutions. Your expertise will drive the production of high-quality finished products, meeting stringent standards and exceeding customer expectations.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Operate the Perfect Binder (Acoro A7) with precision, ensuring optimal performance and timely completion of projects.
✅ Skilfully handle the Stitcher (Bravo), delivering accurately bound materials with attention to detail.
✅ Utilise your Guillotine and folding machine operating ability to ensure precise cutting and folding as required.
✅ Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime and maintain machine efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and ensure quality output.
✅ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area.
🔑 Job Specifications:
📜 Trade test qualification as a Bindery Operator, demonstrating proficiency in operating the Perfect Binder (Acoro A7), Stitcher (Bravo), Guillotine, and Folding Machine.
💼 Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of producing high-quality finished products.
🔧 Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on bindery equipment.
💡 Knowledge of binding techniques, materials, and finishing processes.
👀 Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and visually appealing results.
🗣️ Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team and ensure seamless production.
