Job Summary:

As a Laminating Operator at Ndabase Printing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our laminating processes. You will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our laminating machine, ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the laminating machine, including performing safety checks and ensuring the proper materials are in place.
• Operate the laminating machine with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain the rollers and materials to ensure smooth operation.
• Read and interpret job tickets and specifications accurately.
• Input the correct settings into the equipment and monitor its performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the laminating process.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of directly related experience in laminating machine operation.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address equipment issues.
• Safety-conscious mindset with a focus on maintaining a safe work environment.
