Role Overview:

As a Machine Minder Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our lithographic team, working closely with the Machine Minder to assist in the print runs and ensure the smooth operation of our machinery. If you have a proven ability to assist with make-ready processes, a strong technical knowledge of machinery and maintenance, and an unwavering commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Machine Minder with the make-ready operation process, ensuring efficient setup for printing runs.

- Read all job cards and complete work as per the specifications of each job.

- Collaborate with the Machine Minder for standard machinery maintenance.

- Assist with printing and all general production assembly lines.

- Maintain a clean and organized working environment to uphold our quality standards.

- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace for all.

Qualifications and Skill:

- Proven ability to assist with make-ready processes and understanding of print operations.

- Technical knowledge of machinery, maintenance, and health and safety procedures.

- Familiarity with reading job tickets and executing tasks accordingly.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
